RIO Petcare Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Opened grooming products (for hygiene and safety reasons).
- Custom or personalized items (unless damaged or defective).
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with a photo of the damaged or defective item.
- We will arrange for either a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference and availability of stock.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
- If the item is defective or damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Order Cancellation Policy
At RIO Pet Care, we understand that sometimes plans change. That’s why we offer a simple and hassle-free cancellation process:

- After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible as the order could already be processed or shipped.
